The talk will be recorded for those who do not wish to attend the face-to-face event and will be available for viewing soon afterwards.

Some points to note:

  1. We have prepared a Risk Assessment for the event taking into account the current Government and Public Health advice in relation to location and the feasibility of carrying out this activity safely
  2. The format of the meeting will be as follows:

  • From 10.30 to 11.30 – talk and Q and A

       3. We will carry out our own cleaning of relevant surfaces before the meeting and provide hand sanitisers in the hall and Church.

       4. There will be a registration desk at the main entrance from 9.25 at which we will be taking a register with contact details of all attendees to share with NHS Contact and Trace service if required. It is expected that all members attending the meeting will have been doubly vaccinated. In addition, If you are feeling unwell on the day, please do not attend

        5. Coffee and tea will be available from 9.30 and will be served in disposable cups by our refreshments team. Individual sugar sachets and disposable stirrers will be available. There will not be biscuits

         6. We would request attendees (unless exempt) to wear face coverings when walking around the Ewan Hall but remove them during refreshments and when sitting down for the talk

         7. Seating arrangements in the Church will be supervised by members of the Committee to ensure adequate social distancing is maintained throughout the talk

         8. A static microphone will be used for the Q and A session at the end of the talk with members wishing to ask questions requested to move forward in order, wearing masks

We look forward to seeing you next week
